Terms of Service — eCorp Services

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of eCorp Services ("we," "us," or "eCorp Services") and the eCorp Agent Audit subscription product available at ecorpservices.com ("the Service"). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

eCorp Services provides a monthly digital presence audit for licensed real estate agents. Each monthly audit includes an assessment of your website performance, Google Business Profile, review presence, social media activity, and local market intelligence. Audit data is collected from publicly available sources including Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Maps, Zillow, Realtor.com, and public social media profiles. No private or non-public data is accessed.

Audit scores and dollar-impact estimates are directional indicators based on publicly available data and industry benchmarks. They are not guarantees of business outcomes, lead generation results, or revenue.

2. Subscription and Billing

Pricing: The Service is offered at $19/month for Beta subscribers. This rate applies for the lifetime of your continuous subscription.

Free trial: New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. You will be charged $19.00 on day 30 unless you cancel before that date.

Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your card is charged on the same date each month following the end of your free trial.

Beta rate lock: Your $19/month rate is locked for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. This rate is non-transferable and applies only to the original subscribing account.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your dashboard at ecorpservices.com/my-audit. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Cancellation voids your Beta rate lock. If you cancel and choose to resubscribe, your new subscription will be billed at the then-current published rate, which may differ from your original Beta rate.

4. Refund Policy

All charges are final. We do not offer refunds. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@ecorpservices.com within 30 days and we will review your case. Abuse of chargeback disputes may result in account termination.

5. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your account with other individuals. Each subscription covers one real estate agent profile and one associated website.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to scrape, reproduce, or redistribute audit data for commercial purposes outside your own business. You agree not to attempt to circumvent subscription pricing through the creation of multiple accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eCorp Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business opportunities, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. We will not increase your Beta-locked subscription price without your consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
