This Privacy Policy describes how eCorp Services ("we," "us," or "eCorp Services") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the eCorp Agent Audit service at ecorpservices.com.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Name and email address (when you sign up)
- City and brokerage name (optional, used to personalize your audit)
- Website URL and Instagram handle (used to run your audit)
- Payment information (collected and stored by Stripe — we do not store card details)
Information we collect automatically:
- Your audit results, including website performance scores, review counts, social media activity metrics, and composite audit scores
- Login session data
- Usage data (pages visited within your dashboard)
Information collected from public sources:
- Website performance data (via Google PageSpeed Insights API)
- Google Business Profile data (via Google Maps data)
- Review counts and ratings from Zillow and Realtor.com
- Public Instagram profile data (follower count, posting frequency)
- Local real estate market data (from public sources including NAR, Zillow Research, and Redfin)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Run your monthly digital presence audit and deliver your audit report by email
- Provide access to your subscriber dashboard at ecorpservices.com/my-audit
- Send you weekly competitive pulse emails and quarterly benchmark reports (paid subscribers)
- Send billing and account notifications
- Generate pre-call briefs for sales calls when you book a consultation via Calendly
- Improve the accuracy of our audit scoring and findings
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising.
3. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to operate the Service:

All third-party services are bound by their own privacy policies. We use US-based infrastructure (Neon: AWS US East 1).
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Following cancellation, we retain your data for 12 months to enable resubscription and resolve any billing disputes, after which it is deleted. Audit run history is retained for 24 months.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@ecorpservices.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Note that deletion of your account terminates your subscription and removes access to your audit history.
You may also request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by emailing support@ecorpservices.com.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies solely for authentication purposes (to keep you logged into your dashboard). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), database encryption at rest, and access controls. Stripe handles all payment data under PCI-DSS compliance.
8. Children
The Service is intended for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
