eCorp Services provides document preparation and filing services. We assist entrepreneurs in forming business entities (such as LLCs and Corporations) and maintaining compliance.

2. Filing Timelines and State Processing

While we strive to process your documents rapidly, state processing times vary and are completely out of our control. "Rush" or "Express" filing options refer to our internal processing speed and, when applicable, the expedited state fees we pay on your behalf. We do not guarantee specific approval dates.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are entirely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us. We will prepare your documents exactly as instructed. Should documents be rejected by the state due to errors in the information you provided, you will be responsible for any refiling fees.

4. Registered Agent Services

If you select us to act as your registered agent:

• You must maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information with us so we can forward legal notices.
• We are not responsible for any default judgments or penalties if we cannot reach you using the contact information provided.
• Registered agent services renew annually. You may cancel at any time, but you are legally required to appoint a new registered agent with the state.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

If you cancel your order before we have submitted payment or documents to the state/IRS, we will issue a full refund less a $50 processing fee. Once documents have been submitted to a government agency, we cannot issue a refund for the state fees or our service fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eCorp Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
