Because a one-page site for a sole trader and a full brokerage build are not the same job, and pretending otherwise means either overcharging the first or underbuilding the second. You get a fixed number after one conversation, before any work starts.

Can you work with the site I already have?
Sometimes. If it's on a platform we can reach and it's structurally sound, adding the agents to it is cheaper than rebuilding. We'll tell you honestly which one you're looking at.
How long does it take?
Weeks, not months. The pace is usually set by how quickly you can get us content and photos, not by us.
What happens after launch?
We keep it running. If you want changes, ask. If you want to move it elsewhere, everything is yours to take.
